The EAWCP welcomes you to its home on the internet. The EAWCP is pleased to provide you with information about its online privacy policy, collection of personal information, donor information and how data is utilized by the EAWCP. The EAWCP only gathers personal information like first and last names, home addresses, email addresses and credit card numbers, when voluntarily submitted by you. If you make an online donation, personal information will be collected from you in order to process that donation. When making a donation, secure payment is made using First Data Corp.
With your permission, the EAWCP will use personal information collected from you to send you information like program announcements or invitations, news updates, newsletters, special event invitations, and fund-raising campaigns.
The EAWCP does not share personally identifiable data with other companies (apart from those acting as our agents in providing our services to you, who agree to use it only for that purpose), except as necessary to fulfill a transaction you have requested, or you otherwise give us permission to do so. We may also share such information in response to legal process, such as a court order or subpoena.
The EAWCP may engage outside service providers to assist in the development of and/or to perform some technical functions related to this website.
