PA Department of Public Welfare lists all resources in its database by topic,
county, region, etc. to better search in rural communities.
Social worker or medical professional must refer. Covers PA, NJ, DE. Helps with
bills and unexpected expenses.
Lists a wide variety of resources available to parents in Allegheny County
including early intervention, support, school information, transition, medical
care, and more.
Provides four basic types of grants to help encourage self-sufficiency of
low-income individuals. Can help with rent, bills, auto repair, medical
emergency, and other unexpected expenses.

Based in Colorado. Provides assistance for mobility equipment, medical equipment
and procedures, hearing aids, short term care, basic needs like clothing, and
more. Must have an organization apply for you.

Covers Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, other therapies, equipment, and respite care.
Covers prescription medication, medical services, service dogs, monitors,
transportation, and more.
Provides assistance for adaptive equipment and various therapies.
Helps with bills, athletic opportunities, medical needs, and an opportunity that
the child may not otherwise have.
Located in Georgia. Helps to cover the cost of some medical bills. Should be

Provides funding for medical equipment not covered by insurance like braces,
therapy tricycles, shower chairs, etc.
