Central Florida

In Central Florida, we operate a Carpenters Training Center in both Tampa and Orlando. The facilities each offer apprenticeship training and skill-enhancement training for our experienced journeymen.

So that we continue to provide excellent carpenters to Florida’s entertainment and tourist industry, we feature free-form lath instruction for journeymen and apprentices. We also train for construction software advances such as Building Information Modeling.

Training is the hallmark of the Florida Regional Council of Carpenters. Through training, we open doors for our contractors by supplying them with the best carpenters in the state. Through attitude and the desire for excellence, we keep that door open.

Apprenticeship is offered as full time day training. Here’s a sample of an apprentice’s training experience during just his first year.
