The Pittsburgh Consortium of Independent Schools is a non-profit, professional organization established in 1997 to foster collaboration among the member schools and to increase public awareness of the value of an independent school education. INFORMATION ABOUT ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE PROGRAMS
The official site of the “Test of English as a Foreign Language”, an Educational Testing Service program that provides the English proficiency test for international students planning to study in the United States. Included in the site are information about the test and locations where the test is administered. The test is given in Pittsburgh at the University of Pittsburgh and at Sylvan Learning Centers.
