As an economic development organization focused on the region’s talent needs, Vibrant Pittsburgh works with Member organizations to organize diverse talent attraction strategies through coordinated and collaborative activities with our region’s employers, colleges and universities. These activities are designed to increase the flow of diverse talent pursuing and securing job opportunities in the Pittsburgh region. Strategies have included Pittsburgh themed events at National Conventions and Career Expos across the country, exhibits at cultural festivals, virtual diversity career fairs, partnerships and collaborations with the Pittsburgh region’s diverse professional, civic and student organizations and much more.
