The Next Generation Council grew out of Jeffersonian Dinners that took place in Pittsburgh in August of 2015. The Dinners sought to bring a diverse group of emerging professionals from corporate, arts-and-culture, and nonprofit fields together to discuss retention. The Vibrant Pittsburgh Next Generation Council engages "next generation" leaders in thinking critically and acting collectively to make the Pittsburgh region inclusive, welcoming, and thriving for all.
